I come from the state of Maine, having spent most of my life on Mount Desert Island in the Bar Harbor and Tremont areas. I have an interest in both traditional and digital artwork, as well as exploring various technologies to help bring my ideas to life.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My primary goal is to highlight the importance of creativity to human life, especially as we witness our world increasingly lean into automation. While I think AI can be a valuable tool for brainstorming and as a starting outline for some projects, the ability of a person to think creatively and make something with their own hands is invaluable.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Learning an artistic skill is intellectually stimulating, emotionally medicinal, and physically grounding. It can help create a sense of balance in a reality that&#8217;s often unpredictable, help people connect through shared passions, and let people see ordinary things and concepts through a new lens.
